M. Luis Construction Co., Inc. is a Maryland-based, woman and minority-owned road construction company. For more than twenty-five years as a family owned business, the company has supported city, state, and local government in a broad range of road construction services. These services include asphalt and concrete paving, milling and grinding, maintenance programs and streetscapes. Established in 1985, the company has grown into a diverse multi-disciplined corporation proving quality services across the state of Maryland.

M. Luis has successfully paved thousands of miles of roads and highways. We have an experienced staff of managers, estimators, and quality field technicians to support projects of various size and complexities. M. Luis continually seek to improve our service and in July of 2010, M.Luis became the only road construction company in the State of Maryland providing a portable asphalt testing laboratory approved by the State Highway Administration. We prioritize safety and training that allows our employees to grow and prosper in a healthy environment.

Albertina Luis along with her husband Manuel, founded the company believing that hard work, dedication and a commitment to excellence would propel M. Luis to the success it enjoys today. In 2008, Albertina and Manuel turned the company’s ownership and management over to their two daughters, Cidalia Luis-Akbar and Natalia Luis.
