M Luis Construction Co., Inc. was honored to donate a truck load of toys to Maryland House Speaker Adrienne A. Jones’ holiday toy drive. Santa and his elves delivered the presents on Saturday, Dec 19 to the Randallstown Branch of the Baltimore County Library. M Luis driver Wander Caballos escorted Santa to the toy drive. Santa and his elves made quite an entrance on the back of an M Luis truck outfitted with a restored antique sleigh. The large crowd cheered and the Speaker gave M Luis a very heartfelt welcome. The Speaker even climbed up on the sleigh for pictures with Santa and the elves.
Ken Sines, estimator, restored the sleigh and portrayed Santa. Glen Burnie Plant Manager Chris Waters, was the senior elf, assisted by General Superintendent Walt Leizear and junior elves Mason and Addison. M Luis team members, including Jo Ellen Sines, vice president of construction, and Leo Domingues, estimator, together with his daughters, Sofia and Sabrina, also participated by purchasing gifts. It was a fun and rewarding day for all supporting Speaker Jones and the community.
